Marijana Olbina is a Senior Employee Experience Specialist at Transcom, where she crafts workplace magic that actually makes people happy to log in on a Monday morning. Think part strategist, part culture alchemist, part workplace hype woman.

Marijana has built programs that boost well-being, growth, and genuine belonging—proving that company culture doesn’t live in a slide deck, but in the hearts (and group chats) of the people. Before stepping into employee experience, she rocked PR and marketing stages for years. And when she’s not designing human-centered strategies, she’s doing what she’s always done: connecting with people—through music, stories, and performance.

A singer in Girls, Boys and Toys band, a songwriter in Pleme, and now, a mama to two little muses, Kasija and Iskra, Marijana brings rhythm, authenticity, and joy to everything she does—whether it's leading a team, telling a story, or hyping up a room full of EB pros.

But her EB story didn’t start there. It began five years ago—behind the scenes at the Empple Festival, where she volunteered, wide-eyed and hungry to learn. Fast forward to 2024, she took the stage as the “Best Employer Branding Professional”. And in 2025, she returns not just as a guest, but as the host of the entire festival—living proof of this year’s theme: Own the Change.
