With over two decades of experience in marketing, HR, and corporate communications, Tatiana brings deep expertise in employer branding, employee well-being, and cultural transformation. She has worked with organizations of all sizes — from fast-growing startups to corporations with over 300,000 employees — across Russia, Central Asia, Brazil and beyond.

Tatiana regularly designs and leads programs that help companies build strong employer brands, foster employee happiness, and create environments where people want to stay and grow. Her special focus is on non-material motivation, HR-communications, and aligning employer brand ans culture with business strategy.

An international speaker, Tatiana has served as a jury member for leading HR awards for over 15 years. Currently based in Brazil, she teaches in universities and business schools and continues to share insights through guest lectures, online courses, and her podcast Happy@Work.
